1. General Cancellation Policy
1.1 Standard Cancellation Charges
- 10% of the total booking amount: If canceled 60 days or more before departure.
- 25% of the total booking amount: If canceled between 31–60 days before departure.
- 50% of the total booking amount: If canceled between 15–30 days before departure.
- 100% of the booking amount: If canceled less than 15 days before departure.
1.2 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and offers are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
- Special discounted promotions
- Last-minute bookings
- Non-refundable airline tickets and hotel reservations
- Activities and excursions booked through our platform
2. Holiday Destination Bookings
2.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your holiday booking, please email our customer service team at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
2.2 Refund Policy
Refunds for destination bookings will be processed as per the cancellation charges above. Additional third-party service fees will also be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Cruise Bookings
3.1 Cruise Cancellation Charges
- 5% of the booking amount: If canceled 90 days or more before departure.
- 15% of the booking amount: If canceled between 61–90 days before departure.
- 50% of the booking amount: If canceled between 31–60 days before departure.
- 100% of the booking amount: If canceled less than 30 days before departure (non-refundable).
3.2 How to Cancel
Please send your cancellation request via email at least 72 hours before your cruise departure.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds for cruise bookings will follow the policy above. Any extra charges from the cruise provider will be deducted from your refund.
4. Disney Holidays
4.1 Disney Cancellation Charges
- 10% of the booking amount: If canceled 45 days or more before departure.
- 25% of the booking amount: If canceled between 30–45 days before departure.
- 50% of the booking amount: If canceled between 15–29 days before departure.
- 100% of the booking amount: If canceled less than 14 days before departure (non-refundable).
4.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your Disney holiday, please email us or call our customer service team at least 48 hours before your departure.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds for Disney holidays will follow the policy mentioned above. Any additional charges from third-party vendors will be deducted.
5. Special Cases
5.1 Medical Emergencies
If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, provide supporting documents such as a medical certificate. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Force Majeure Events
In the case of unforeseen events like natural disasters, Airrobuddy reserves the right to cancel your booking. We will offer an alternative option or a full refund in such cases.
